Review: Extra Virgin Minerals foundation - The body shop

Hey,
Today I'm doing a review on The body shops foundation, extra virgin minerals.
To be honest I don't like the name, but it was on sale so I was like I'm just going to try it.
Because normally I use liquid foundation from Channel, L'oreal and Maybeline.
With applying the foundation I don't notice anything different from my other foundations except this one feels more oily than the other liquid foundations. I do have to mention that I use a NARS base underneed my foundation and that I apply it with the Sigma Flat top synthetic kabuki brush - F80 because this could also has an influence on the foundation.
It's does give a nice cover but the big red pimples are still needing some concealer though.  The foundations does stays on the whole day long, at the end of the day it's in the exact same place as the beginning of the day.  Even the long days.

I use the shade 102 natural ivory, because my skintone is quite light. This one is still a little to dark on some days. But it gives a very natural effect. And they also sell these foundations is really dark skin tones. Most cosmetics companies don't but this one does !
I would deff give this a try if you have a dark skintone or very dry skin.
Overall I gave this foundation a 7 because it does the job and it isn't tested on animals, also it's made of all natural products.

See you soon,
With a new review
xXx Julia
