FEMME Luxe fashion haul

Dear readers,

at the end of December the fabulous brand Femme Luxe approached me if I wanted to do a collaboration with them. Of course I said yes! Just to make things clear this collaboration does NOT include payment. They sent me the clothing of my choice for free but I do not profit from it in any form or shape.

The first outfit is a combination of the Black High Waisted Faux Leather Look Leggings – Catriona and the Black YeSaintWest Slogan Short Sleeve Cropped Top - Zoie .

This outfit embodies several fashion trends. All black outfits are always in style. The past few years crop tops are hot and happening. This crop top is very unique because it’s called a crop top but it’s actually a long tee. This means that I knotted up to give it the crop top look. The fabric is very elastic so knotting it up is easy to do. It also doesn’t stretch out the tee. The fact that the fabric is very elastic also means that it perfectly highlights my ‘curves’ as far as I got them. This paired with a pair of faux leather leggings gives the outfit an edge. Faux leather leggings are totally hot and happening right now. Everyone is rocking them, so having a brand that got them for an affordable price is a bonus. When they arrived, they didn’t look like faux leather but once wearing them they do give that vibe. Which got me of guard. At first, I was like this looks nothing like leather. Then I put them on and I was like damn this does look like leather!

I absolutely adore the slogan on this tee, Hidden hills.

I got the top in size S/M and the faux leather leggings in size 10.

For the second outfit I wanted to do a combination between two looks. One look being comfortable and something similar to what I already own. The other look being something I would only dream of rocking but not yet would, it being way to far outside my comfort zone.

For this look I’m rocking the sweatpants of the Khaki Crop Loungewear Set - Deanna in

combination with the Pink Corset Zip Front Top - Zeta.

Corsets are always so cool. I always love it when people rock a corset. At the same time, I would never buy one in the store because I would feel like I couldn’t rock them. So, I went outside of my comfort zone and choose this one. The pink makes it less edgy and more girly. I think pairing it with the khaki green gives it a kind of vibe that fits perfectly with my style. Going for a corset wasn’t easy because my build is very small but at the same time my breast are, in comparison to my body, not so small. I decided to go for a size small. This corset fits okay as in it’s not too tight and my breast don’t fall out but the corset also doesn’t support my breast. I could wear this to a party for a few hours but not a whole day. Am I happy with the corset? YES! I look absolutely fierce in it.

The Khaki crop loungewear set came with a crop sweat top that I’m not rocking in any photo. That’s because the top doesn’t look good on me. However, the pants look amazing on me. They’re very fitted yet feel so comfortable and soft. I love the colour and how good they go with the other pieces in my wardrobe. Am I sad that the top doesn’t look good on me? No, I would have gotten this set anyway. They’re so reasonable priced, H&M ain’t selling sweatpants alone for that price let alone in combination with a top. The only thing I’m surprised about is the not on the front of the pants, they’re solely there for style purpose and not to tighten the pants. If you ask me they could have done without it. Non the less, the pants look very nice!

I want to thank FEMME luxe for sending me the clothing. I almost forgot how much I enjoyed doing these fashion/styling hauls.
