My favourite hairclip

this is article might make you go like 'uh okay...' because it's a bit more random than my usual articles. It's all about my favourite hairclip, or like Claire's calls it hair claw. I discovered that, depending on which language you speak, there are different names for different kind of hairclips.
If you don't like personal stories than I advice you to skip this part because this story started a long long long time ago. It all started when I was 16 or 18 or maybe even 14, I'm 24 now, with a different hairclip but the exact same design. I got the hairclip from a different, very unknown, brand called Zenner. These are more silver toned but that one was gold toned.
At first I didn't wear the hairclip a lot until I started university, about 5 years ago, because it's perfect for an updo. Than I spotted the same hairclip but silver toned at Claire's and I bought it just in case. When the first hairclip broke I replaced it with this hairclip. We started to become inseparable because I started to wear my hair more and more in updos.
A few weeks ago my favourite hairclip broke when I wanted to put my hair up in a bun. A bit up sad I decided to go online and google for a new one. At first I couldn't find anything. Than I decided to take a look on the Claire's website because you never know. And surprise surprise they still sold this hairclip.
So happy that I discovered that they still sell these hairclips at Claire's I decided to order a 'few', just in case one breaks. I ended up ordering 6 because they had a 'buy 1 get 1 for free' -sale and it escalated pretty quickly.
So now I have a big enough quantity for a life time with my favourite kind of hairclip.
