Selfie ring light

if you follow me on Instagram than you know that I recently bought a Selfie ring light for my phone. I don't normally take selfies with my phone, I'm more obsessed with ring lights so I needed to add this one to my collection.
Important to know abou the ring light; The ring light needs 2 triple A batteries. The on and off button on the ring light also lets you use three different brightness.
Even though the packaging the ring light comes in says it has an USB port it doesn't have an USB port.
I wanted to compare the light from the selfie ring light with the ring light I use to take my photo's with, to read more about that ring light click here.
I took both pictures with my Canon camera. On the left is my regular ring light and on the right is the selfie ring light. As you can tell by the picture it isn't as bright as my regular ring light. It's also more red toned. However the selfie lighting is perfect to take photo's on different locations. I wouldn't use this ring light for close up make up photo's but the lighting is perfect for selfies. Or if you want to take pictures in the dark.
Everyone around me wanted to use the selfie ring light to take photo's with and decided to also buy one.
I got this ring light from eBay for $6.79 with free shipping.
