Recipe: My favourite summer drink

Hello Sweethearts,

today I'm going to share the recipe of my favourite drink for this summer. I have been drinking it a lot and because it looks so pretty and is so healthy I decided to share it on my blog.


What you need:
  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Mint
  • sparkling water
  • ice cubes
Slice up the lemon and lime, take some mint leaves and put them in a glass. Add some ice cubes and the sparkling water. Stir the mixture and let it sit for a minute and o Voila! A delicious drink with lots of healthy benefits.

Healthy benefits:

Lemon: A lemon is filled with vitamin C. It helps Aids in digestion & detoxification. It helps shed pounds. Boosts energy. Rejuvenates skin and body healing because of the antioxidants found in lemons.

Lime: A lime is filled with nutrients, vitamins (especially vitamin C) and minerals. It heals oral uclers and gives relief from congestion and nausea. Rejuvenates skin, reduces body odor and dandruff. Protects eyes from aging and infection. It helps n digestion and eases constipation. Prevents heart diseases.

Mint: Mint leaves contain lots of iron and vitamin A. It relieves symptoms of acne. Helps lose weight in a healthy way. Natural stimulant, relieves from fatigue and depression. Promotes digestion.
