Topshop nail polish ~ Green room
Hello Sweethearts,
Today I'm going to show you the swatches of Green room by Topshop.
Normally when I show you swatches I'm all like 'Yeah, you could have sooooo expecting this one because blahblahbla' I always give notice when I buy a new nail polish.
But this time it's not actually my new polish I'm sharing with you, it's my sisters.
The reason why I decided to share it, besides the obvious one [I'm wearing it on my nails right now], is because my sister absolutely loves it. It's probably one of her most worn nail polishes ever && I totally understand why she loves it so much.
So first things first; the application, drying formula && chippieness.
The application is very easy, it's easy to apply && it's hard to over apply. [ Yes I'm the kind of person who sometimes applies so much nail polish that it drippes of my nails.]
It also dries surprisely quick. && it doesn't chip fast at all.
I'm wearing to coats on my nails. The first picture of the swatch [the one above] is taken with natural lighting && the second picture is taken with flash.
Only 'downside' :
It's a shame that this colour doesn't look that good on pictures. It's not ugly but it looks more mint than it's actually is. To me it's darker, for sure, more like a starbucks green with a blue undertone. A sea green.
Topshop discribes it as a bright green. I don't know.
What I do know is that I have kind of fallen in love with this nail polish, like I did with every other Topshop nail polish. && I would deff recommend it!
