Review: Essence nail art Peel off base coat

Hello Sweethearts,
Today I'm going to review the Peel off base coat by Essence.

I started of with applying a layer as a base coat, since it's a base coat haha.

The instructions on the paging:

Step 1: Apply a generous layer of the peel off base coat to your nails. Allow appr. 10 minutes to dry until the white base coat becomes transparent.

Step 2: Paint your favourite colour nail polish and/or effect nail polish over it and let it dry.

Step 3: Simply peel off to remove ! does not harm your nails.

Advice: Avoid hot water for 3 hours after application.

It didn't actually take 10 minutes to become transparent, it took one minute. But I waited for 10 minutes just in case.

I used my chameleon blue nail polish by Barry M to show on which nails I used a top coat && on which nails I didn't. [I used a top coat on the red-purple nails. ]

I waited for 3 hours before I decided to do something.

As soon as I did something my nails chipped. I was already afraid this would happen. The nail polish on my ring finger stayed on for over 24 hours && didn't chip at all.

Sidenote: When you use glitter nail polish it doesn't chip as fast as regular nail polish.

You can easily remove the nail polish, it depends on how good you applied the base coat if you can take it off in once.

I bought this base coat to use underneed glitter nail polishes, since they're a pain in the ass to remove. && it actually works really good with glitter nail polishes.
I'm not sure if I'm going to use this with regular nail polishes too, since it kind of chips very fast.

Have you tried a peel off base coat?
&&
what are your thoughts?
