Revlon 933 Emerald City

Today I'm showing you the swatches of Emerald City by Revlon. This gorgeous nail polish was gifted by Chantelle, when we did a swap.
When I first applied it I wasn't sure what to expect since it said Matte suede on the bottle but looked like a sparkling green in the bottle.
Just applied this nail polish is a gorgeous sparkling green, which I thought was amazing! While it dries up it becomes really matte. Which is even better than not matte. I was so surprised I almost fell from my chair. I have never seen a nail polish do this before.
